Professionally designed one and two bedroom villas with king size beds (excluding #14 & #25) surround the pool or hot tub, offering breathtaking Beachfront and Gulf view settings along with private Adirondack chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent scenery. In addition, enjoy generous living and dining areas, large bedrooms including private bath, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities on site. All the Villas have beautiful views of the white sandy beach, the Gulf of Mexico, plus a view of the Swimming Pool or Jacuzzi - View Gallery Below.

The Town House at Pineapple Villas is comprised of 2 efficiency units joined by a common area with a full kitchen and a living room w/fireplace. The bedding arrangements are: One King Bed - upstairs , One King Bed - downstairs along with 2 ½ Baths. See Details

The 5 bedroom/3.5 bath Beach House offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room in the house. The Beach House at Pineapple Villas is loaded with comfortable extras and luxury upgrades. The Beach House comfortably sleeps 15 with a variety of bedding and locations throughout the house. EFFICIENCY This efficiency features a king bed, small bath and a kitchenette with small sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, table with 2 chairs and we give them dishes and silverware. This can open up to the large community kitchen. The front door opens right out on the pool deck.

EFFICIENCY Our largest efficiency offers a king bed in master bedroom with big full bath that has a separate shower and jetted tub. It has a living area that has small fridge, microwave, coffeepot and dishes/silverware we provide. This is on the 2nd floor and down the inside stairs goes to the big community kitchen. Villas #16 and #27 can be turned into the townhouse.

5BED/3.5BATH The Beach House at Pineapple Villas will take you to new heights of vacation pleasure. The 5 bedroom/3.5 bath Beach House offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room in the house.
The Beach House at Pineapple Villas is loaded with comfortable extras and luxury upgrades. The Beach House comfortably sleeps 15 with a variety of bedding and locations throughout the house:
1st floor-garage, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with day bed and huge full bath in hallway. Back door that opens out to the ground floor balcony.
2nd floor-large living area with great sound system and balcony overlooking the Gulf, newly updated kitchen with new fridge, dishwasher and disposal. There is a large dining room with washer and dryer and a futon that also has a balcony.
3rd floor-Large master suite with full bath that has a separate shower and jetted tub. Great balcony with incredible view of Gulf, and there is a futon at foot of master bed. Down the hall there is a bedroom with two twin beds and another bedroom with a queen bed. A full bath in the hallway.
4th floor-Margarita Roost with a 360 degree view. There is a day bed and wet bar with small fridge, TV and huge deck with amazing views of the Gulf and pond on the north side of the house.
The Beach House is Pet-Friendly and access to the Pineapple Villas gulf front pool and spa is just feet away.
