Around holidays and special events the rate will be higher and the night minimum may be extended.

Due To Limited Space Only One Parking Space Provided Per Condo Unit. No Exceptions.
An additional fee is charged for kitchens left dirty. Guests are responsible for their unit and will be charged for any damages or loss.

RESERVATIONS: A payment of the last nights stay guarantees your reservation for the scheduled day of arrival until 6pm. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express Cards and Money Orders are all accepted. Money Orders must be received within 5 days of booking date. We strive to honor all guest's requests, however, we cannot guarantee a specific unit or floor.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made 20 days prior to arrival date. A $22 fee will be charged. Cancellations of less than 20 days will forfeit deposit. Date changes may incur a fee. Any No-shows forfeit deposit.

PAYMENT: Full payment is due upon arrival for all days reserved. Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express are accepted.

PETS: Pets are always welcome at the Pineapple Beach Villas. A $10 fee per pet, per night will apply. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet, and for any damages. An additional fee may be charged to pet owners not cleaning up after their pet.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUT.

STUDENT GROUPS: Someone in party must be over the age of 25. Remaining members of the party must be 18 or older. Persons under the age of 18 will not be allowed to check in without a parent or guardian staying in the unit. All members in the party must have government issued identification including birth date and picture. Persons without proper identification will not be allowed to check in. A cash damage deposit of $500 is required at check in and is refundable at check out after inspection and approval of unit condition by management. Damage deposit must be in CASH only. No other form of payment is acceptable. Groups without the $500 cash damage deposit will not be allowed to check in.

DISTURBANCES: Anyone causing a disturbance which interferes with the enjoyment of another guest may be evicted with no refund. Stereo equipment is not allowed in any unit.

Any Breach In The Above Policies May Result In Eviction With No Refund.
